Your Options

Due to the high volume of recall customers, we've created this easy-to-use 'checkout method' to replace your Philips Dreamstation Go Travel System. Please do not call us - you will be redirected here. Philips is replacing your DreamStation Go with a brand-new device with re-engineered silicone foam. All replacement devices come with a new 3-year manufacturer warranty. You will continue to use your tubing, filter, mask, and whatever accessories you have. Select one of two options to proceed.

OPTION 1: Ship us your affected DreamStation Go first and then receive your replacement. We process a one-way shipping fee of $20+tax (this fee is added at checkout). This is for us to ship your replacement after you've returned the affected unit. Returning the affected unit will be paid separately by the customer.

OPTION 2: Receive your replacement first, then return the affected DreamStation Go. A $260 deposit is required for this option, PLUS we process a two-way shipping fee of $40+tax (this fee is added at checkout). This allows us to ship your replacement and provide a prepaid label for you to return the affected unit.

Shipping Fees

Unfortunately, Philips will not cover or reimburse shipping fees for recalled items. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including returns and replacements. Shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. 
One-way shipping for Option 1 is $20+tax (this fee is added at checkout). This allows us to ship your replacement Go after you've returned the affected unit.
Two-way shipping for Option 2 is $40+tax (this fee is added at checkout). This allows us to ship your replacement Go first, and also provide a prepaid label to return the affected unit. 

Return Instructions

Option 1 Return Instructions 

    1. Return the device with the matching serial number in your invite email. Remove all accessories (Both DS Go beauty end caps, humidifier (if applicable), tubing, filter, mask, etc.) from your original Go machine. Philips will not return accessories left on the defective unit.

    2. Carefully pack up your DreamStation Go (remove beauty caps) in a box of your choice. Write your 'Option 1' order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. Take the package to a courier, purchase a shipping label (with tracking), and ship the package to:

      *Remediation return address only. Do not ship regular returns here*

    3. A replacement Go will be shipped to you once your affected unit has been received and processed. Allow 7-10 business days for processing. Notifications will be automatically sent by email. Upon receipt of the replacement DreamStation Go, reassemble it with your accessories and continue with therapy.

Option 2 Return Instructions 

      1. Return the device with the matching serial number in your invite email. Remove all accessories (Both DS Go end caps, humidifier (if applicable), tubing, filter, mask, etc.) from your original machine. Philips will not return accessories left on the defective unit.

      2. Carefully pack up your original unit using the box your replacement arrived in. Write your 'Option 2' order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any Canada Post Office outlet. Reassemble your Go System with your accessories and continue with therapy. 

      3. Once your affected blower has been received and processed, your deposit of $260 will be reimbursed on the same method of payment. Allowed 7-10 business days for processing. Notifications will be automatically sent by email.
