Due to the high volume of recall customers, we've created this easy-to-use 'checkout method' to replace your Philips unit. Please do not call us - you will be redirected here. Philips is replacing your main PAP blower (motor portion) only with a brand new motor with re-engineered silicone foam. All replacement blowers come with a new 3-year warranty. You will continue to use your same humidifier, water tank, tube, modem, and SD card. Select one of two options to proceed.
OPTION 1: Ship us your affected blower first and then receive your replacement. We process a one-way shipping fee of $20+tax (this fee is added at checkout). This is for us to ship your replacement after you've returned the affected unit.
OPTION 2: Receive your replacement first, then return the affected blower. A $260 deposit is required for this option, PLUS we process a two-way shipping fee of $40+tax (this fee is added at checkout). This allows us to ship your replacement and provide a prepaid label to return the affected unit.

Unfortunately, Philips will not cover or reimburse shipping fees for recalled items. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including returns and replacements. Shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Return the device with the matching serial number in your invite email. Remove the SD card and detach the modem, humidifier, filters, tubing, power supply, and mask from your original machine. Philips will not return accessories left on the affected unit.
Carefully pack up your blower in a box of your choice. Clearly write your 'Option 1' order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. Take the package to a courier and purchase a shipping label (with tracking) and ship the parcel to:

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any Canada Post Office outlet. Reassemble your CPAP machine and continue with therapy.

Remediation Shipping Fees & How To Get It Waived
FREE Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $100 via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Most orders placed on PAP equipment will be shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. Canada Post generally delivers within 5-7 days. But this can be longer depending on their demand.

MonsterCPAP will accept returns on any unused, unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will apply for all returned items. Please note that any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
